Robin enjoys quilting and working with her hands. While she has made quilts from Queen to Crib size, she also enjoys the freedom of design that making miniature quilts allows. By working with a miniature quilt, she can play with multiple borders and opposing fabrics more easily than can be done on a larger quilt. Most of the fabrics used are reproduction patterns from the Civil War era, with playful repeating patterns from that time and a color palette of golds, soft reds, and colonial blues. All designs are original and sizes range from 7" x 7" to 9" x 9"; and always sold framed.
